Our Junior Leadership Team (JLT) are given the opportunity to lead pupil voice in our school. Our young people are told about the responsibility of this group and can volunteer to be considered for the post. They have time to prepare 3 answers to important school improvement questions and are interviewed in class groups. We choose 2/3 pupils from each class to ensure a wide range of skills and improvement ideas. They meet regularly with Mrs Lowden, report back to their classes and work together to ensure school improvement through evaluation using the HGIOURS document.
